BMW G310 R Receives Slight Price Hike In India 

The BMW G310 R has become costlier by Rs. 5,000/- in India… Other than the price, nothing else has changed on the bike…

After hiking the price of their G310 GS recently , BMW have gone ahead and brought similar hike to the price of their entry-level naked offering – G310 R. 

BMW Motorrad India have increased the price of G310 R by Rs. 5,000/- and is now offered at Rs. 2.65 Lakh (ex-showroom). However, it still remains cheaper than its closest rival – KTM 390 Duke – which is available at Rs. 2.88 Lakh (ex-showroom), by almost Rs. 23,000/-.

Recently, the G310 R received a price cut along with updates to styling and features during the transition of the motorcycle from BSIV to BSVI compliance.

BMW offers the bike in three colours – Style Sport, Style Passion and Cosmic Black. 

Powering the G310 R is the 313 cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine which puts out 33.5 HP and 28 Nm of torque. The power is sent through a 6-speed transmission assisted by a slipper clutch. The naked bike rides on 17” alloys facilitated by USD forks at the front and a monoshock setup at the rear. 

The braking is handled by 300 mm single-disc at the front and 240 mm at the rear. Feature-wise it boasts all-LED lighting and digital LCD instrumentation which remains unaltered since its launch in October 2020.
