The Xtreme 250R Carbon is around Rs 14,000 more expensive than the standard variant as it comes loaded with multiple segment-first features
Hero MotoCorp has launched the Xtreme 250R Carbon at a sticker price of Rs 1.98 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) in the Indian market. It is nearly Rs 14,000 more expensive than the standard version of the street naked bike. The Xtreme 250R Carbon bookings have started from today at all the Hero Premia dealerships across India while first deliveries are promised from Nov 2026 onwards. The Carbon, being the range-topping variant, gets a plethora of premium and upmarket features as compared to the standard model.
First things first, Hero Xtreme 250R Carbon flaunts golden-coloured USD front forks, carbon-fibre hydro-dipped panels, and coloured rims with rim tapes. It gets FSD branding on the rear suspension. The company claims that the street naked bike has been presented with 50+ fit and finish enhancements which includes evolved graphics, embossed detailing, braided cables, and a new swingarm tail cover.
Hero Xtreme 250R Carbon is rolled out with cruise control, which is a first-in-segment feature. In addition, it is packed with Hero’s first sensorless bi-directional quickshifter which allows clutchless upshifts and downshifts without closing the throttle. The latest iteration of the brand’s flagship naked motorcycle will be available in three paint shades namely Carbon Red, Carbon White and Carbon Black.

Some of the other notable bells and whistles onboard the street naked bike are ride modes (Road, Rain, Sport and Track), Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), and new fully-coloured TFT instrument cluster. The riders have access to the built-in lap timer and drag timer while Bluetooth Smartphone connectivity unlocks an array of features in the form of call and message alerts, phone battery status and turn-by-turn navigation.
Hero MotoCorp has introduced a new soft-touch switchgear with the 2026 Xtreme 250R Carbon which includes a dedicated mode selector, an integrated kill-start switch, hazard lights and cruise control switches. Last but not the least, the street naked bike is offered with Frequency Selective Damping (FSD) rear suspension, which is a first in the entire two-wheeler industry.

Sitting on a rigid trellis frame, the 2026 Hero Xtreme 250R Carbon is powered by the same 250cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled petrol engine which generates max power of 29.6 bhp at 9,250 rpm and highest-in-segment torque delivery of 25.3 Nm at 7,500 rpm. It is the fastest model in the segment with 0-60 kmph sprint time of 3.2 seconds. The engine is paired to a 6-speed transmission.
