This is the second price hike that these two bikes have received, but they remain unaltered, both in terms of design and features.

In the recent times, all major manufacturers are constantly hiking prices of their vehicles; not once but multiple times within short intervals of time. BMW has followed suit and has increased the prices of its entry models, for the second time this year.

We are talking about the BMW twins, the G310 R and G310 GS, that were launched in October 2020 in BS6 avatar. The company had taken everybody by surprise, by launching the BS6 version of the bikes at a lesser price than their BS4 versions.

After the price revision of ₹10,000 each, the G310 R will now be available at ₹2.60 Lakh, and its adventure version – the G310 GS will retail at ₹3.00 Lakh (ex-showroom prices). This comes after a 5K increment in January.

Both the bikes come powered with the same BS6-compliant, 313 cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 33.5 bhp at 9,250 rpm and 28 Nm at 7,500 rpm. The engine is paired to a six-speed gearbox.

Some of the major features of the bikes include full-LED lighting package, ride-by-wire throttle, and an assist and slipper clutch.
