As we informed earlier there was no Scout Sixty at the Indian Motorcycle stall at the Auto Expo 2016 nor did they display any new motorcycle. However, they did have the new Pearl White Chief Classic and Blue Diamond Roadmaster on show.
Roadmaster is already gargantuan and in this lighter shade of Blue with contrasting brown seats, it looked even more massive and demonic! At the heart of the Roadmaster is the same 1,811 cc Thunder Stroke 111 mill which produces 139 Nm of peak torque at 2,600 rpm. This mill is used in the entire range apart from the Scout which gets a 1,130.71 cc mill producing 100 hp of maximum power and 97.7 Nm of torque.
Chief Classic also looked stunning in new Pearl White colour. We have ridden the Indian Motorcycle extensively and are mighty impressed by its luxurious performance and it promises road presence no one else can match.
The complete showcase line-up included the Scout, Chief Dark Horse, Chief Classic, Chief Vintage, Chieftain and Roadmaster.

The Polaris owned brand has taken the Indian market very seriously and launches every new international unveil in India within a few months. With the new (smallest Indian) Scout Sixty announced at the EICMA in November last year, we eagerly look forward to its introduction here!
