Clearest Spy Pics of Bajaj CNG Bike Surface; To be Called Bruzer?

Bajaj Bruzer launch scheduled for next quarter and these spy pics are a proof that it is inching closer to being frozen for production…

Looks like the final testing of Bajaj’s CNG motorcycle is underway with spyshots now coming in thick and fast. Barely after a few days of its earlier spotting, the bike has been snapped once again, this time revealing certain new details.

First up, the engine is a horizontally mounted unit – similar to what we see on the Hero Splendor. This has most probably been done to accommodate the CNG tank which could be under that seat area or the tank. Though there is no concrete evidence of the same but this could be a 125cc motor – with which Bajaj may debut its CNG portfolio.

The fuel tank is slightly humped, and the headlamp could be an LED unit. There are knuckle protectors as well as an underbelly protector. The upswept exhaust rounds up the interesting bits that we notice on this test mule. The motorcycle is running on a different set of alloy wheels and it may not get ABS. The biggest USP of this motorcycle could be its mileage and it could be the 2-wheeler with lowest fuel cost in the country.

Third Triumph 400 Motorcycle Coming This Year, Reveals Rajiv Bajaj

The motorcycle looks perfectly sized for a 125cc product with ample amount of room and relaxed riding posture. According to a report at Autocar, Bajaj may brand this as Bruzer. Interestingly, in some international markets, the Dominar is sold under this Bruzer moniker.

Bajaj Bruzer CNG launch can be expected just next quarter as confirmed by Rajiv Bajaj. Considering that the CT125X costs around Rs 77,000 and Pulsar 125 starts at Rs 90,000, the Bruzer CNG may be placed between Rs 80,000 to Rs 85,000 ex-showroom, if it eventually ends up being a 125cc, as we estimate.
