Hero Scrambler And Classic Concepts Unveiled At EICMA 2026

Hero MotoCorp has offered a glimpse into the future of its premium motorcycle range with two new concepts

Hero MotoCorp has unveiled two new motorcycle concepts at EICMA 2026: the Hero Scrambler Concept and the Hero Classic Concept. Both motorcycles offer a preview of the company’s future premium motorcycle direction.

The Scrambler draws inspiration from the brand’s Dakar rally experience, while the Classic celebrates traditional design and Indian craftsmanship. Hero has not shared technical specifications or confirmed production plans for either concept.

The Scrambler Concept brings together the brand’s adventure and rally heritage with contemporary urban styling. Hero says the design draws on its Dakar-proven DNA, suggesting that its experience in rally racing will continue to influence the development of its road-going motorcycles. The concept is intended to explore a more urban interpretation of that adventure-focused identity.

The Classic Concept, meanwhile, takes a different route. It celebrates India’s artistic heritage through timeless design and craftsmanship. Rather than focusing on rally-inspired styling, this concept highlights the role of traditional aesthetics and detailing in creating a distinctive premium motorcycle.

The two concepts are part of Hero MotoCorp’s broader push to expand its premium motorcycle portfolio. The company has been building its presence in this space through products such as the Xpulse range and its collaboration with Harley-Davidson.

While the Scrambler and Classic concepts point towards two very different design directions, Hero’s stated aim is to create more distinctive and aspirational riding experiences. The concepts also suggest that the company is exploring ways to combine its motorsport experience with design influences rooted in Indian heritage.

For now, Hero has not revealed engine configurations, platform details, expected launch timelines or whether either concept will make it to production. More information is likely to emerge as the company develops its next generation of premium motorcycles.
