This article lists the upcoming adventure bikes which are confirmed to launch in 2026 in the Indian market
The adventure bike segment in India is getting heated up with the arrival of multiple new models. Some of the most popular ADV motorcycles in our market include Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, Hero Xpulse 200, KTM 390 Adventure, BMW F 450 GS and TVS Apache RTX 300. In the coming 6 months, at least three all-new adventure bikes from the leading two-wheeler brands will be launched in the Indian market. Hence, in this piece, we will talk in detail about the 3 adventure bikes whose India launch has been confirmed later this year.
1. Royal Enfield Himalayan 750
The Himalayan 750 will have its highly anticipated world premiere at the EICMA 2026 in Nov in Italy. The same was confirmed by Royal Enfield CEO B Govindarajan on the sidelines of EICMA 2025 when the pre-production prototype of the adventure bike was showcased. Needless, the Himalayan 750 will be the most expensive RE motorcycle till date as it is likely to be priced around Rs 4.50 lakh (ex-showroom).

Some of the notable elements include round LED headlamp, knuckle guards, upswept exhaust, front windscreen, 19-inch front and 17-inch rear spoke wheels, rear luggage rack and Brembo-controlled Bybre disc braking system. It is expected to carry a 750cc twin-cylinder air/oil-cooled petrol engine which has been developed from the tried-and-trusted 648cc parallel-twin engine.
2. New Bajaj Adventure Bike
In the last few days, Bajaj’s upcoming adventure bike has been spotted multiple times during its test runs near Pune. Earlier this year, Bajaj Auto had confirmed that it will introduce a new sub-brand for adventure bikes in FY27 in India. The entry-level adventure tourer from Bajaj will be aimed squarely at the likes of Hero Xpulse 210, TVS Apache RTX 300, and Yezdi Adventure.

The new Bajaj adventure bike will come with front beak, long single-piece seat, rear top box and high positioned handlebar. It is likely to feature 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wire-spoke wheels and dual-purpose tyres. The suspension duties could be carried by telescopic front forks and monoshock unit at the rear. Bajaj might borrow the 249cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine from the KTM 250 Adventure for the upcoming ADV bike with power output of more than 30 bhp and peak torque around 25 Nm while linked to a 6-speed gearbox.
3. Hero Xpulse 421
After having disappeared for around 2 years since the teaser release at EICMA 2024, Hero Xpulse 421 was recently spotted testing for the first time in Ladakh. It will be using a steel trellis frame which will be suspended by USD front forks with long-travel and rear monoshock absorber. The adventure bike is expected to ride on 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels which will be fitted with dual-purpose tyres.

The stopping power could come from a front disc brake with radially mounted calipers and a single disc unit at the rear. The spy images also show a digital instrument console with colored TFT screen and Smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth. Mechanically, as the spy pics show, it will debut an all-new single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine in the Indian market. The power and torque figures are not in public domain yet.
