The Bullet 650 is Royal Enfield’s seventh 650cc motorcycle in India after the Interceptor, Continental GT, Shotgun, Bear, Super Meteor and Classic
Royal Enfield Bullet 650 has finally been launched at a starting price of Rs 3.65 lakh (ex-showroom) in the Indian market. To be available in Cannon Black and Battleship Blue colours, it will go on sale from today across all the RE showrooms in the country. Sitting on the steel tubular spine frame, the Bullet 650 will be positioned below the Classic 650 in the brand’s lineup. Royal Enfield already retails the Interceptor, Continental GT, Shotgun, Bear, Super Meteor and Classic in the 650cc segment of motorcycles.
Speaking about the Bullet 650, B Govindarajan, Managing Director – Eicher Motors Limited and CEO – Royal Enfield, said: “For over nine decades, the Bullet has stood as a symbol of authenticity, resilience, and unmistakable character — defining Royal Enfield’s philosophy of Pure Motorcycling. With the all-new Royal Enfield Bullet 650, our approach was not to reinterpret the Bullet, but to elevate it with modernity and authenticity. Every element — from its proportions and silhouette to its stance and detailing has been carefully evolved to retain the pure essence and character of the iconic machine, while seamlessly integrating the power and refinement of the parallel twin 650cc platform.”
The bike had its world premiere at the EICMA 2025 in November and later on, it made public appearance in India at the Motoverse 2025 in Goa. It flaunts the signature casquette-mounted LED headlamps with twin “tiger-eye” pilot lamps. Some of the other design elements inspired by the Bullet 350 are teardrop fuel tank with hand-painted pinstripes, raised handlebars, 3D winged badges, single-step up bench seat, traditional nascelle, upright riding stance, chrome-studded dual exhaust pipes and rear grab handle.

The Bullet 650 rides on 19-inch front and 18-inch rear wire-spoke wheels. The suspension setup consists of telescopic front forks and dual-shock rear absorbers. The braking duties are handled by disc brakes at both the ends, which work with a dual-channel ABS. The Bullet 650 gets a semi-digital instrument cluster with LCD display and multiple indicators for fuel, gear position, and service. It also boasts of a USB type-C charging slot for charging the Smartphone while on the move.
The Bullet 650 has a ground clearance of 154 mm while the fuel tank capacity stands at 14.8 litres. The bike has a saddle height of 800 mm as it has a dry weight of 243 kg. It comes with rotary switches, adjustable levers and an aluminium-polished switchgear. Royal Enfield has also rolled out a plethora of Genuine Motorcycle Accessories with the Bullet 650.

At the heart, it has the same 648cc parallel-twin petrol engine which belts out top power of 46.4 bhp at 7250 rpm and peak torque of 52.3 Nm at 5650 rpm. The engine is linked to a 6-speed gearbox with slipper clutch. Apart from India, the Bullet 650 will be sold in several international markets such as Italy, France, Spain, Germany, North America and UK.
