Royal Enfield Flying Flea S6 is a scrambler model developed for all-terrain riding as it is slated to by the end of 2026 in India

Royal Enfield has filed the design patent for the upcoming Flying Flea S6 electric motorcycle in the Indian market. Being the brand’s second electric model after the C6, it is likely to launch by the end of 2026 in India. Royal Enfield Flying Flea S6 is a scrambler model developed for all-terrain riding while sharing the L platform with the C6. The S6 made its first public appearance in India at the Motoverse 2025 in Goa just a few weeks back. However, the battery specs and other technical details have not been released yet.

Riding on 19-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheels with dual-purpose tyres, Flying Flea S6 is claimed to be both road-ready and trail-ready. The electric bike gets an enduro-style seat with a finned magnesium battery case and chain final drive setup. It also comes with a round touchscreen instrument console with connected features to pay tribute to the original Flying Flea model of the 1930s.

The S6 has been developed by Royal Enfield at the Flying Flea Tech Center, across India and the UK. The e-motorcycle is offered with USD front forks and monoshock rear suspension. Some of the notable features onboard are lean-angle sensing ABS, switchable dual-channel ABS, off-road mode, cruise control, integrated navigation and traction control. The Voice Assist function can be used through the Smartphone to access navigation, music playback and more.

The Flying Flea S6 is introduced with multi-modal connectivity to ensure seamless interaction between the rider and the motorcycle through the smartwatch and the connected app. The electric motorcycle is also equipped with multiple modern features in the form of keyless ride, ride modes, charging status, OTA updates and vehicle diagnostics. It comes pre-loaded with several apps to assist the rider.

The Flying Flea S6 is powered by an in-house developed Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) for seamless integration of thousands of ride mode combinations. The integration of hardware and software is achieved through an in-house OS and a UI/UX built around the Qualcomm Snapdragon QWM2290 processor, which supports 4G, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The real-time vehicle data is reflected at the round TFT cluster.

Without divulging the exact battery pack and electric motor details, Royal Enfield stated that the S6 will house ‘a high-torque EV motor’. It is learnt that the electric motorcycle will deliver performance equivalent to a 350cc ICE-powered model. The range on a single charge could exceed 200 km while the bike will be compatible with fast-charging.
