The outgoing Hunter 350 had a stiff rear suspension and existing customers often had issues with it. Hence, taking the buyer feedback on a serious note, the company has retuned the suspension setup for more comfort during longer rides. There are no other visual and mechanical changes in the 2025 Hunter 350 and it continues with the same hardware and features.

Sitting on a twin downtube spine frame, the 2025 Royal Enfield Hunter 350 will ride on 17-inch alloy wheels with tubeless tyres. The stopping force will come from the same 300 mm front disc and 270 mm rear disc brakes, which will work alongside a dual-channel ABS. The saddle height remains the same at 790 mm while the ground clearance is also kept similar to the outgoing model at 150mm.
