Royal Enfield introduces dual-channel ABS as a standard feature in Nepal across all variants of the 2025 Classic 350 for the very first time.
Royal Enfield has launched the 2025 Classic 350 in the Nepalese market. Presented across five trims namely Heritage, Heritage Premium, Signals, Dark and Chrome, it is priced in a range of NPR 5.55-5.80 lakh. The 2025 Royal Enfield Classic 350 will be rolled out from the brand’s exclusive CKD facility in Nepal, which started operations in June 2023 with the Triveni Group. The bookings, test rides and sales for the motorcycle starts from today in Nepal, which now gets dual-channel ABS as standard safety feature.
The 2025 Classic 350 can be availed in seven colourways namely Madras Red, Jodhpur Blue, Medallion Bronze, Commando Sand, Gun Grey, Stealth Black and Emerald. Sitting on a twin downtube spine frame, it boasts of premium features in the form of LED headlamps, LED pilot lamps, a Type-C USB charger, and a gear position indicator.

The entry-level Heritage trim takes inspiration from the company’s cultural roots as it flaunts metallic flake finishes and gold pinstriping. The Heritage Premium grade is presented in dual-tone hues with a classic finish. Coming to the Signals variant, it reflects Royal Enfield’s long standing association with the armed forces as it gets a camouflage aesthetic with subtle modern blue accents.
The Classic Dark derivative is equipped with a host of modern features such as Tripper navigation, adjustable levers, and LED indicators as standard. Last but not the least, the range-topping Classic Chrome is introduced in rich green bodywork accented by gleaming chrome. Mechanically, the 2025 Royal Enfield Classic 350 is packed with the same 349cc single-cylinder air/oil-cooled petrol engine which generates max power of 20.2 bhp at 6100 rpm and peak torque of 27 Nm at 4000 rpm. The engine is paired with a 5-speed gearbox.

Royal Enfield’s CKD plant in Nepal is located in Birgunj with an annual assembly capacity of 20k units. Besides this facility in Nepal, Royal Enfield has five more CKD units across the globe in Brazil, Thailand, Colombia, Argentina and Bangladesh. The two-wheeler brand has its sole manufacturing facility in Chennai, India.
