2024 Honda CB300F OBD2 Launched; Price Slashed by ₹59,000

2024 CB300F price is now its biggest USP and it is now cheaper than many smaller motorcycles like Karizma, Pulsar RS200 and R15…

Honda is now talking! The Jap, which launched the locally produced CB300F streetfighter in India, at a big premium, has now introduced the 2024 version of the motorcycle.

The street naked now comes with the mandatory OBD2 compliance apart from E20 fuel compatibility. But the real icing on the cake is the new price tag. Honda has slashed whopping ₹59,000 from the original price of the motorcycle (₹56,000 when compared with the older Deluxe variant). The 2024 CB300F now comes only in the Deluxe Pro trim.

The naked, that is the smaller cousin of CB500F, comes with a 293.5cc, single cylinder, oil cooled, 4-valve engine which is mated with a 6-speed gearbox. It continues to churn 24.5 PS of peak power at 7500 rpm and 25.6 Nm of max torque at 5500 rpm.

Key features of the motorcycle include traction control, assist and slipper clutch, Bluetooth pairability and Honda voice control. It also comes with all-LED set-up and USB type-C charging.

Honda was already discounting the older CB300F and it was retailed at 1.79 Lakh earlier. At this new price tag, the motorcycle immediately comes into the reckoning. It is now even cheaper than Pulsar RS200, Hero Karizma XMR, KTM 250 Duke and the Yamaha YZF R15 v4.

Another very interesting street naked that has just been introduced is the TVS Apache RTR 310 that we tested in Bangkok Thailand. Here is the detailed first ride review..
