Bajaj has updated its Chetak with the new 2023 year model. The only electric scooter in the company’s portfolio now gets some cosmetic as well as functional changes that I am listing below.

- Two-tone seat
- Body-colored mirrors
- New body colors – Matte Coarse Grey, Matte Carribean Blue and Satin Black
- Satin black colored grab rail; matching pillion footrest castings
- New colored LCD instrument console which Bajaj says is larger. It is not known if its shows more information or not.

The Chetak range starts at Rs 1,21,933 ex-showroom Bangalore.
Bookings for the latest 2023 edition start from today and deliveries are promised from next month onwards.
Apart from this Bajaj has also expanded Chetak’s dealership base. The electric scooter is now sold in over 60 cities and by the end of this month, the company has a target of reaching 100 dealerships in 85 cities of India.
Bajaj also informs that it has made key updates to its supply chain and it can now manufacture 10,000 Chetaks every month. This has also reduced its costs as well.
Moving ahead with its electrification process, Bajaj also introduced two products Miracle GR and DeX GR in collaboration with Yulu that are targeted at last-mile urban mobility market.
