TEASED: TVS to Launch New Product on 14 Sep; What’s That…?

2022 Radeon launch or something else? TVS has teased a new model and announced its media ride next week. What could be it…?

TVS has shot in a press invite to BikeAdvice for a media ride scheduled on 14th September at its test track inside the plant. It hasn’t mentioned specifics about the motorcycle or scooter that it is planning to bring to the market. That, then, leaves a lot of room for speculations.

The teaser reads ‘Turn Your RAD On’ followed by what looks like LED DRLs. Interestingly, these DRLs are not symmetric leaving us confused.

What Is It…?

Well frankly, it could be anything. The term ‘RAD ON’ suggests that it could be a new-generation Radeon – which is the company’s entry level executive commuter. TVS could be looking at adding some features to the model to make it lucrative.

It could also be some new scooter – either 100cc or 125cc from the Jupiter brand or another new sub-brand. Another possibility is that TVS may have readied a new or updated variant in the Apache range which is what it will be unleashing next week.

So, there are a lot of possibilities and we do not have any concrete clue at the moment. What we have is a date when we fly into the plant and ride the ‘new offering’ from TVS. But before the D-day we expect to get some hints, probably spy pics, of what the company has managed to keep a secret till now…
