India Kawasaki Motors has announced the launch of its premium Supersport offering – 2022 ZX-10R. The ZX-10R holds the tag of being the most popular premium Supersport motorcycle in India.
The Litre-Class Kawasaki is now available in a new color – Metallic Diablo Black – along with the signature Lime Green shade. The new model continues to be powered by the 998 cc, liquid-cooled, inline-4 engine putting out 203 PS (213 PS with ram-air inlet)of power along with a maximum torque of 115 Nm. The transmission is a 6-speed gearbox equipped with Kawasaki QuickShifter (KQS).

The new model has been priced at Rs 15,14,000 ex-showroom. And that makes it Rs 15,000 more expensive than the previous iteration that came out in March 2020.

The Kawasaki flagship is equipped with full-LED lighting, has integrated winglets at the front for improved downforce, 4.3” TFT display with Rideology application, cruise control and the infamous 5-mode Sport-Kawasaki Traction Control (S-KTRC).
Additionally, the bike has a full suspension set-up by Showa. The stopping power is handled by Brembo Braking System and is fitted with an electronic steering-damper from Ohlins.
