2022 Apache 160 price has increased by around Rs 3500 per variant but it gets many new interesting features in this update…
Without giving anyone a whiff of what’s coming – TVS has officially announced the launch of its 2022 Apache 160R 4V. The motorcycle, which received an update just a few months back, has reached the headlines another time.
The 2022 Apache 160 comes with a new headlamp design that has centrally placed DRLs – a departure from the eyebrow DRLs of the older model. It will definitely go to the bigger Apache 200 as well, soon.
There are three ride modes now on offer – Urban, Sport and Rain. TVS has also introduced a rear radial tyre apart from gear shift indicator on the console. The motorcycle now also comes with SmartXonnect feature that allows Bluetooth pairing of the smartphone.
The new model continues with the same 159.7cc, single cylinder, oil cooled engine that churns 17.63 PS of peak power at 9250 rpm and 14.73 Nm of max torque at 7250 rpm. That means there are no changes on this front.
