Finally, after teasing its flagship tourer few days ago, Honda has officially announced the launch of the the 2021 Goldwing in India. It is available in two models.
First model comes with Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) that also offers airbags for safety. The second model gets manual transmission.

Honda is currently accepting booking for the 2021 Goldwing at its selected BigWing outlets in Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Indore, Kochi and Hyderabad. Customers can also book their Goldwing online by visiting the official website.
The 2021 Honda Goldwing will continue to be available as a CBU (Completely Built Unit). It is equipped with a massive 1833cc 4-stroke liquid cooled six-cylinder engine. This engine provides a power output of 93kW (126 PS) at 5500 RPM along with a peak torque of 170Nm at 4500 RPM.
The manual transmission model of Honda Goldwing 2021 has a 6-speed gearbox whereas the DCT model offers 7-speed transmission.
2021 Goldwing – Key Features
Honda’s big cruiser has a Throttle-by-Wire system that brings along 4 rider modes – Tour, Sport, Eco, and Rain. It also gets features like Honda Selectable Torque Control to manage the rear-wheel traction.
Also, the sofa-on-wheels has Idling Stop feature that turns off the engine after idling for 3 seconds. To restart the bike simply turning the throttle will do the job. It is a useful feature when encountering traffic stops.
Being a tourer, the Honda Goldwing has to scale various terrains. And specially for its size, it comes with Hill Start Assist feature to ensure your bike doesn’t roll back on a hill.
Honda Files Patent for Clutch-by-Wire System
The 2021 model comes with a 7-inch full-color TFT Liquid Crystal Display. The rider also gets navigation system, riding modes, suspension adjustment and audio controller called passenger Audio Control.
The instrument cluster also has a 8-step brightness level for comfortably viewing the meter consoles.
Goldwing – Smart Navigation System
The latest 2021 Honda Goldwing supports Apple Carplay and Android Auto. This will help the rider listen to songs, navigate the route and make hands-free phone calls. The instrument panel features the navigation system that includes a gyrocompass for efficient direction guidance.
The super-tourer offers efficient heat and air management. The uniquely designed side fairings have channels for smooth airflow for the rider. The Honda Goldwing packs a 21.1 litre of fuel tank which is ideal for long cruise on the road.
Honda Recalls Hornet 180, CB300 and Others to Replace Reflector
This tourer also gets a smart key feature to unlock the handle bar and ignition lock easily. Apart from this, it comes equipped with an 11 liter top box for carrying luggage. Using the smart key, top-box and side panniers can be opened and closed.
The Goldwing has a double-wishbone suspension that reduces sliding friction and at the rear a mono-shock absorber.
