If you are planning of buying a new scooter then your quest is over. Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. a subsidiary of one of the world’s largest two wheeler manufacturer Suzuki Motor Corporation announced the introduction of their 125cc scooter in Indian market. They would also be launching a new motorcycle in 150 cc segment along with their scooter soon with a total investment of Rs.700-crore.
Mr. Satya Sheel, Managing director of Suzuki Motors Pvt. Ltd. announced in a press conference that company has already invested Rs.350-crore and another Rs.150-crore would be spend on product development and marketing. He further said “we are planning to sell about 3.5lakhs units in India by 2010 which would be around 4 % of the total market share of two wheelers in India”.
Coming to the specifications, Suzuki Access 125 is a mid sized scooter designed specifically of Indian customers. It comes with 125cc, 4stroke engine, single cylinder, Air Cooled OHC, Automatic transmission and better fuel mileage which is very important if you want to attract Indian customers. The Access 125 will be available in 5 colors such as Red, Blue, Black, Grey and Silver.
Further Mr. Atul Gupta, Vice President (Sales and Marketing) said “We have launched our product with our strategy to enhance our product portfolio by offering riding experience to our customers. We have specifically designed our product by keeping Indian customers in mind”. He further added “Suzuki Access 125 is our first offering to India in non gear segment and we look forward to come up with more such products in India”.
Suzuki has already ruled out any sales tie-ups through Maruti. Suzuki also ruled out CNG variant in two wheelers as it’s not safe. Suzuki access has already been launched and is getting good feedbacks from people who have taken its test drive. So let’s wait and watch how does Japan’s leading motorcycle manufacturing company performs in Indian markets.

Suzuki Access 125 scooter has been released about an year ago (?) and would like to in the review details about its ride qualities and other special features rather than about the company’s marketing plans etc. This would help prospective buyers to some extent.

I had booked Access 125 from Dhanraj Automobiles on 31st Dec 2008 and paid Rs. 5,000 for booking. The dealer intimated that I will be getting the vehicle after 3 to 4 months becuase of heavy booking. Today I just made a call Mr. Dharmesh attained my call. He was so rude and answering my call. He do not have ethics to talk to a Lady. I am so much upset by his attitude that I feel to cancell my booking and plan for some other option, which is ready available.

showroom in 20.2.2009 and paid Rs.1000 they thelled that they will give me in 30 days but the 30days is over & I did’nt get access I call them & they tell me to weight till last april 2009 I want access very argently so please give me access suddenly
when I dont get the access suddenly I will cancell my booking and plan for some other option, which is ready available

what is the fuel average of suzuki access 125 bike.
I have also a Access 125 and in the first month it gived me about 45-48 km/h and after two months it gived me about 50-55 km/h. In my opinion the average is very good! but as there is a heavy booking the dealer said that ou will get in one month but he gived it 4 days after the month!
access must be defined with one more colour,which wi’ll make itz look more attractive and a progessive scooty………
sir i have purchased access125 on 18-02-2010 since the dealer at my place visakhapatnam (m/s.olive auto pvt ltd.,) is not kind enough to give the exact details of the pricing of the vehical as priced on road on your site. i was charged extra on the accesories of the vehical. where i have not been availed by the spares like crash gaurds as specified in the in the delivery note. i have been charged extra on the foot mat etc., on accessories.i was forced to hurry signing on the blank unfilled papers at 21.00 hrs, with out bills since i have paid through cheque, loosing my tust & faith on the dealer this all happened keeping in view my sick aged parent and my 4years child who were eager to enjoy there thoughts back home with the new vehicle. before taking the vehicle i have mailed ur concerned department but no reply i want to know the exact details. please kindly give me your reply which will be appriciable.

hey…i was planning 2 buy a access but…i saw its reviews….they r not as good as honda dio or activa….i mean 2 of my frineds r having access..but both reacted negatively for buying it….bcoz….they said…its engine is lot heavy..n the brakes cannot handle it….the bike jst looses its control after 60+…i mean hard to get back in control….n when u turn a bike in zig-zag way…it does not move freely as honda dio….or activa….
so i think….better think ones about playing wit ur life….
The spare parts of Suzuki products are not available anywhere. Even if u break a small fiber part, u have to wait for months together to get it replaced. Imagine if ur Access meets with a major accidents. Suzuki after sales and spares service if REALLY REALLY PATHETIC.
ha i Afzal, the reviews which u have gone through may in adequate, just go throug the reviews on activa. i have owned the the access after continue reviews and backup got on activa, the best thing in activa is resale value nothing more that, when it comes to handling it has the best in its category. before owing the activa or access, just have trail run and judge your self

It is a matter of great concern that the services of your dealers at Panipat Panipat Motors) are not upto the mark.
I have purchased Access 125 vide Bill No. 1084 dated 29.03.10 & also obtained Insurance cover vide cover note no.161528.
After passing 4 months time neither I received the policy nor received any feed back from the dealer.
When contacted the concerned dealer no satisfactory response given by the dealer & only told that they are searching the policy.
I failed to understand that policy should be reached directly from the underwriters to the concerned customers when the address is available with the dealer.
Under the above circumstances, pl. take appropriate action in the matter & arrange necessary feed back.
In addition to the above , It is also observed that there is no customer care centre or mail IDs of ther executives available on net to contact them & explain the grievance.
Prompt response is desired pl.

Instead of waiting and getting the no option SUZUKI and HONDA bikes, why don’t visit to Mahindra show room(100%INDIAN company) and test drive the RODEO and DURO bikes.

I purchased this vehicle in the month of feb 2010. I was regular in giving for routine and periodic check up of all relevent thing as detailed in the manual. To my surprise on 11th of Oct 2010 when i was climbing down the Anna Fly over in Chennai around 8.15 AM the vehicel came to a grinding halt in the most busy trafic road anna salai and adjacent to Safire theatre and not a bit it could be moved because of some defect in the rear wheel . With the help of ongoers i had to bodily lift this scooter and parked this in the adjacent petrol bunk. When i requested for help from the authorised service dealers no help was provided.Till date this is in the service center only and they are telling htey will be giving this vehicle in this week end.My vehicle number is TN 09-.BC 1779

I have gone through all the comments of Access-125 and no wonder most of them are Negative and dis satisfactory, surprisingly A well known name like Suzuki is taking this superficially. Well as me to owning two Access-125, three Honda-Activa one Kinetic as I and my family is having passion for Two-wheeler, I also feel Access-125 is having Big Hole to fill, specially humming sound of crank from engine and mileage need to taken care urgently. My Father purchase access 125 from gwalior M.P INDIA , but after his death i brought this vehicle to kota city RAJASTHAN but here i am facing lot of problem regarding the service and bad behavior of local mechanic there is No service station as such only one local mechanic is here having small 10×10 feet shop No washing facilities , No spair parts , He is untrained mechanic WITH HORRIBLE BEHAVIOR what is the use of buying a vehicle which do not have servicing center i had to wait for all most one week for simple problem, before servicing my bike is to give 41-45 millage now i am getting 30-35 what hell is this .they just don’t care the worst people i ever meet in my life. what the hell the company is doing . Please change this mechanic and open the service station as soon as possible

First they told me the battery is to be changed & since in warranty, got to send it to the Co.,They replaced but same Old problem,Then they said the battery was not charged,They charged but still the same problem.

ms neha u can take suzuki , u will have peace of mind but initially go slow to practice , control ur vehical , speed, and understand it. since it is a plastic body do take care. milage is good. keep good maintance. strudy at high speed also.

i got access 125 for 46950 …..and 3000 extra was charged frm me as accessories…nd not giving me the bill fr the accessories….and yesterday was my 1st service and he used my castrol mobil oil and den removed dat oil frm it and changed with suzuki mobil oil…….and that was used one ….impurities were dere in dat bottle…..nd fr the free service he charged rs 45 fr gear oil and45 for oil filter………..500 more for future repairing ………..itss better i would have opted fr honda activa…i think itss d biggest mistake i have done…..plzz send me the pricess of scooty n accessories……n tell the sub dealer to give me the bill for accessories…or ill take my action against dem……..address of subdealer( surya) motors highway road kathua
i think activa is 1000 times better dan access…..no complaints…….
and in one month with access ..i have 1000 complaints
after 30000 km it gives many problems such as missing problem average problem pisten problem there is no such person who suggest its first aid

I am the trichy customer of using access 125 two wheeler buyed before 11 months. Starting stage milage problem occured. That is only giving 35 kilometer / litre. But not improvement of milage problem. I have following service sequencely at Trichy Dealer of suzuki (access 125). Bust since also milage giving only 35 – 38 only. I am already complaint the milage problem to trichy dealer. But nothing good result from there. What may do ?
Sir, there is no need to complaint. Access 125is giving that mileage only. Some people i know have access they report the same mileage of 35-40kmpl.

Booked Access from Midas showroom malakpet, they gave 3 variation in the price in jus 1week gap.1st time i went for estimation on sep 16th -gave me price of 50,2400 on road without acc. & Reg -Next visit for booking at Sep 25th -gave me price of 51,890/-on road without acc. & Reg. simple they price increased hw cum that happen in just 1week. now its approx- 52k+ .
they are simply giving rates according to their wish.
no proper response and exact date on delivery.
almost 40days gone till date no call ,no proper response , no delivery…they just utilizing customers urgency.
plz i request concerned Suzuki correspondent to look into this ,as this attitude toward customer may lead downfall reputation.
Services are not at all upto the mark: this issue is with most of the customers who are still waiting for a right person to be notified .
guys unhappy wid access 125 as millage is vry much low.it gives only 30 kmpl in city .,.,., i suggest to buy activa rather than access.,., access is good but m not happy wid his millage. as price of petrol is increasing day by day. 2nd service is also done. 2300 kms done.
