In this post, I take the opportunity to thank BikeAdvice’s team members Mahavir, Naren and Saad for their dedication and pure enthusiasm in covering the Auto Expo 2012 live for us.

Naren had traveled all the way from Bangalore, Saad all the way from Pune and Mahavir traveled all the way from Ahmadabad to be at Delhi for this epic event. Our only motivation was to cover the event live for our readers and that made us go through all the obstacles.
I also take an opportunity to thank people who have recognized BikeAdvice as part of the media and made it possible for us to be at the expo on the first two days (media days). A special thanks goes to the people at CII and Mavcomm group.
Many people from other media have commented that the Auto Expo 2012 was poorly organized. I can agree to that to some extent. But one should also remember that it is not easy to manage such a huge event in India especially where there are so many influential people, important auto manufacturers and recognized media in one place. I do hope that from the next Auto Expo things will be better.
