Yamaha Model-Wise Sales Dec 2025 – XSR155, RayZR, R15, Fascino

Yamaha reported total sales of 54,914 units in December 2025 with the XSR155 leading the chart, followed by the RayZR

Yamaha Motor India is one of the leading two-wheeler manufacturers in the country with an extensive portfolio of sporty motorcycles and scooters. The Japanese brand ended the calendar year 2025 on a high note, posting strong sales of 54,914 units in Dec 2025. This accounts for a staggering 49.30 percent growth during the same month last year.

On the other hand, the company registered a 5.94 percent decline in MOM sales (58,384 units in Nov 2025), which comes down to the post-festive season slowdown. The newly launched XSR155 topped the sales chart with 14,951 units in the bag. For reference, it stood at the second spot in November 2025. The neo-retro motorcycle saw a MOM dip of 8.61 percent.

The RayZR 125 stood at the second spot in the domestic sales tally, posting sales of 14,153 units with 17.92 percent YOY growth. It is followed by the FZ, recording sales of 10,291 units with a 20.25 percent YOY growth and 58.86 percent MOM growth. Trailing behind these major volume players is the R15, which is essentially the bread and butter for Yamaha. It recorded an upwards trajectory of 27.73 percent YOY by selling a total of 5,453 units.

The Fascino is the second best-selling scooter in the brand’s line-up, as it posted sales of 4,630 units, however, the overall number went down by 15.43 percent as compared to December 2024. Similarly, the MT15 also observed a 15.72 percent YOY de-growth with 4,403 units sold last month. However, the naked sport motorcycle’s MOM graph shot up by 15.44 percent.

The Aerox 155 managed to sell 1,031 units with a 17.39 percent decline in the YOY sales. The MOM graph of the performance-oriented scooter also plummeted by 7.62 percent. Lastly, Yamaha’s premium offering, the R3 and MT03, posted combined single-digit sales of just 2 units. This translates to a 50 percent decline in YOY sales.

Overall, Yamaha’s sales continue to grow in the Indian market, thanks to its popularity among young customers as well as fresh launches like the XSR155. The RayZR is leading the scooter sales for the Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer, while popular models like R15, MT15 and FZ continue to put consistent numbers in the sales chart.
