Ultraviolette recently launched the X-47 Crossover in the Indian market. It is the brand’s second electric motorcycle after the F77 in the domestic market. Needless to mention, the Bengaluru-based EV startup is expanding its model line-up by tapping into new segments. Price, Bookings and Deliveries

The X-47 Crossover has been priced at Rs 2.49 lakh (ex-showroom, India). However, the aforementioned introductory price is valid for the first 1000 customers across the country. The bookings for the electric motorcycle have already started on the brand’s official website at a token payment of Rs 999/- while deliveries are likely to commence by Oct 2025. Built at the Ultraviolette factory, it will also be exported to global markets in 2026.

Integrated Radar Technology

Ultraviolette X-47 Crossover becomes the world’s first motorcycle to come with integrated radar intelligence system, which has been christened as UV HyperSense by the brand. The Radar Technology introduces Advanced Rider Assistance System with latest safety features such as Blind-spot monitoring, Lane change assist, Overtake alert, and Rear collision warning.

Dashcam

The X-47 Crossover is presented with an advanced dashcam unit which uses 1080p, 30fps IMX307 HDR wide-angle front and rear cameras. The integrated dashcam system is linked to a secondary 5-inch touchscreen display mounted on the console. It can store 32 GB of video footage, which is further expandable up to 256 GB. In case of an accident, the Emergency Video Lock & Recording feature gets activated to secure critical footage.

On-board Charger

Touted as the world’s most power dense onboard charger, the X-47 Crossover gets an air cooled portable unit which has been completely developed, designed and engineered in-house by Ultraviolette. The onboard charger supports Type 2 AC car charging and DC fast charging with Type 6. Presently, it is the only electric two-wheeler to offer this feature in the Indian market.

Battery, Range and Top Speed

Powered by a 10.3 kWh battery pack, Ultraviolette X-47 Crossover will return an IDC range of 323 km on a single charge. The electric motorcycle has top power of 40.2 bhp and peak torque of 100 Nm. It does a 0-60 kmph sprint in merely 2.7 secs while clocking a top speed of 145 kmph. The X-47 has a decent ground clearance of 200 mm while a few noteworthy features include 10th Gen Bosch Dual-Channel ABS with switchable modes, 3-levels of traction control and Radial All-Terrain Tyres.
