Ultraviolette has confirmed the launch of multiple new EV models on March 5, 2025 in the Indian market.
Ultraviolette, the Bengaluru-based EV startup, is all set to launch multiple new models on March 5, 2025 in the Indian market. The company has officially confirmed that it will unveil the roadmap of its strategic product expansion plan, which includes foraying into diverse two-wheeler segments in the coming couple of years. It also stated that the upcoming EV models will be developed using the brand’s expertise in design, performance, and technology which we saw in the F77 Mach 2 and F77 SuperStreet.
Ultraviolette will introduce the new products in a phased-wise manner and we expect more details to be revealed on March 5. The company said that the extensive research of seven years will help immensely in launching the new EV models in a short span of just two years.
Speaking on the development, Narayan Subramaniam, CEO & Co-Founder, Ultraviolette said, “Our journey with the F77 was just the beginning. Over the past seven years, our unwavering focus on research and development has been instrumental in developing the technology for vertical integration across core systems such as Battery technology, Powertrain, and Safety systems. This approach has laid a strong foundation, enabling us to expand across multiple two-wheeler segments at a much faster pace. As we expand into new segments, our goal is to set new industry benchmarks and accelerate the adoption of electric mobility across diverse customer segments.”
Last month, the all-new Ultraviolette F77 SuperStreet was launched in the Indian market at an introductory price of Rs 2.99 lakh (ex-showroom, India). Presented in two variants namely F77 SuperStreet and F77 SuperStreet Recon, it was offered with an IDC range of 323 km on a single charge. The deliveries of the electric motorcycle are yet to commence across the country.
The F77 SuperStreet comes equipped with a 10.3 kWh battery pack which delivers top power of 40 bhp and highest torque of 100 Nm. It has a top speed of 155 kmph while doing a 0-60 kmph sprint in merely 2.8 secs. The all-electric bike gets a plethora of advanced features in the form of 3-level Traction Control System, 10 levels of Regenerative Braking, Dynamic Stability Control and Hill Hold.
Ultraviolette F77 SuperStreet can be availed in four paint schemes namely Turbo Red, Afterburner Yellow, Stellar White and Cosmic Black. In addition, it is offering a wide range of accessories for the e-motorcycle in the form of Aero Discs, Tank Grips, Lever Guards, TPMS, Puncture Kit, Screen Guard, Top Box, Soft Panniers, Hard Panniers, and a Type 2 Charging Interface.
