Electric motorcycles are in the early stage of gaining traction among masses right now in India with no major player offering these at an affordable price as compared to the e-scooters which are priced reasonably lower and available in abundance. Soon, Ola Electric and Royal Enfield will roll out their respective electric bikes. Ultraviolette will also start the deliveries of the Shockwave from Q1 2026. Hero MotoCorp, TVS and Ather are also readying their electric models in the motorcycle segment. So, it will be an interesting phase for this segment in the coming couple of years.
