Ultraviolette Tesseract Deliveries Start from Q2 2026 in India

The Tesseract was unveiled in March 2025 as the brand’s first electric scooter with ADAS tech in the Indian market

Ultraviolette unveiled its first mass-market electric scooter in the form of the Tesseract at the Fast Forward India event in March 2025. The bookings also started at the company website at a token payment of Rs 999/- at the company website. Now, it has been learnt that deliveries of the Tesseract electric scooter will start from Q2 2026 in the Indian market. The final variant selection and configuration were supposed to go live on the website from Q4 2025 but haven’t been activated yet as we head into 2026.

Ultraviolette Tesseract is available in four colour options namely Sunburst Sand, Stealth Black, Sonic Pink, and Solar White. It rides on 14-inch wheels while having an underseat storage capacity of 34 litres. The Tesseract was introduced at a price of Rs 1.20 lakh for the first 10,000 buyers, while for the next 50,000 customers, it was Rs 1.30 lakh, followed by the final pricing of Rs 1.45 lakh (ex-showroom).

Touted as the ‘World’s first electric scooter with integrated radar, dashcam and omnisense mirrors’, Ultraviolette Tesseract gets three battery pack options in the form of 3.5 kWh, 5 kWh and 6 kWh with range of 162 km, 220 km, and 261 km, respectively. While the 3.5 kWh battery pack is coupled with an electric motor of 13.4 bhp top power, the 5 kWh and 6 kWh batteries are paired with an electric motor which generates peak power output of 20.1 bhp.

Some of the notable features onboard the electric scooter are Blindspot Detection, Lane Change, Overtaking Assist, and real-time Collision Alerts. It is also equipped with Traction control and Dynamic regen as standard. The buyers also get a 7-inch touchscreen system with TFT display, and multi-colour LED displays embedded in the ORVMs.

The Tesseract e-scooter is integrated with VIOLETTE A.I. which brings multiple advanced connectivity features in the form of Advanced Ride Analytics, Movement, Fall and Towing Alerts, Remote Lockdown, Crash Alert, Daily Ride Stats, and an Anti-Collision Warning System. It can be fast charged up to 80 percent in less than an hour, which makes it perfect even for longer journeys.

Ultraviolette Tesseract will directly rival Ola S1 Pro Sport which is offered in two variants with 4 kWh and 5.2 kWh batteries at price points of Rs 1.50 lakh and Rs 1.65 lakh, respectively. The Ola S1 Pro Sport deliveries are also likely to start from Q2 2026 in the country. The Tesseract surpassed 50,000 bookings milestone within two weeks of official unveiling in March 2025.
