The company posted best-ever export volumes, electric two-wheeler dispatches and three-wheeler sales numbers in July 2026
TVS Motor Company has registered its highest-ever monthly sales of 6.30 lakh units in July 2026. The YoY sales surged by 38 percent as the company had retailed 4.56 lakh units in July 2025. The company broke several sales records last month as it posted best-ever export volumes, electric two-wheeler dispatches and three-wheeler numbers. It emerged as India’s biggest two-wheeler brand in overall monthly sales (domestic + exports) in July 2026 by leaving behind heavyweights like Hero MotoCorp and Honda 2-Wheelers.
Starting with two-wheeler sales, TVS retailed a total of 603,138 units in July 2026 against 438,790 units in July 2025 with a YoY growth of 38 percent. The domestic volumes stood at 437,394 units in July 2026 against 308,720 units sold during the same month last year. The company remained the third-largest two-wheeler brand behind Hero and Honda in the domestic market.
The electric two-wheeler sales made a new record with 60,934 units being retailed in July 2026 with an exponential YoY growth of 158 as compared to 23,605 units in July 2025. The iQube and Orbiter electric scooters are currently the highest-selling models in the electric scooter segment and the company has been updating both these with new features and tech to attract more buyers.

As for the exports, TVS shipped a total of 184,264 units (two-wheelers + three-wheelers) from India in July 2026 against 142,629 units in July 2025. The company exported 165,744 units of made-in-India two-wheelers to various countries in July 2026 as compared to 130,070 units during the same month last year. It remained as India’s second biggest two-wheeler exporter behind Bajaj Auto.
Last but not the least, TVS three-wheelers registered a YoY growth of 51 percent with overall sales of 26,537 units in July 2026 against 17,560 units in July 2025. The three-wheeler industry is presently dominated by the likes of Bajaj Auto and Piaggio Vehicles as they account for major chunk of volumes within the domestic market as well as exports.

TVS Motor Company is planning to launch multiple new models in diverse segments to further stregthen its product portfolio. In addition, TVS-owned Norton Motorcycles is also set for a re-entry in India with its brand new range of bikes. The upcoming TVS motorcycles and scooters in India include Apache RR 450, Jupiter CNG, and eFX three o-based naked electric motorcycle among many others.
