While the automatic scooter territory is the ruling ground of a certain Jap, there is one Indian product which has been slowly expanding its footprint, TVS Jupiter. Having sold more than a million units since its introduction, the company has now launched a special edition Jupiter MillionR version at Rs 53,034 ex-showroom, Delhi.
Now available at all TVS dealerships across the country, the Jupiter MillionR boasts of 10 new features as a tribute to the 10 lakh odd strong customer base.

Mechanically the scooter continues with the same 109.7 cc air cooled mill churning out 7.9 bhp of maximum power at 7,500 rpm and 8 Nm of peak torque at 5,500 rpm.
In terms of fuel efficiency, the scooter claims to return 62 km to a litre of petrol. It gets 12 inch wheels with a front disc brake which is being seen for the first time in Jupiter. The top end version of the Jupiter is priced at Rs 50,832 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and less than three thousand bucks extra for the special edition MillionR model seems to be a good deal.
