The Apache nameplate has been on sale since 2005 in the Indian market while presently available in six models ranging from 160cc to 310cc
TVS Apache series has crossed the 6 million units sales milestone as the iconic nameplate celebrates its 20th anniversary in the Indian market. First launched in 2005 as Apache 150, it is being sold across 60+ countries including Bangladesh, Nepal, Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, Honduras and Italy. The Apache is the first Indian motorcycle in its segment to come with factory customization, (Build-To-Order) BTO option. It is rolled out on two platforms: Apache RR (race-focused) and Apache RTR (street-performance).

TVS Apache range gets several first-in-segment features such as Cruise Control, Climate Control Seat, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System and SmartXConnect. In addition, the motorcycles are equipped with advanced safety features in the form of Dual-channel ABS, Dual Disc Brakes and Race Tuned Dynamic Stability Control. In order to maximize performance, it boasts of Multiple Ride Modes, Adjustable Suspension and Slipper Clutch.

TVS Apache also has a global community called the Apache Owners Group (AOG) with more than 3 lakh members who participate in events, track days, and meet-ups organized by the company. Currently, the Apache range comprises of six models in India namely RTR 310, RR 310, RTR 200 4V, RTR 180, RTR 160 4V and RTR 160.
The Hosur-based two-wheeler manufacturer is ready to expand the Apache range by introducing a new adventure model namely RTX 300 in the Indian market. Being showcased briefly at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 earlier this year, it will go on sale in the coming few months. TVS Apache RTX 300 could be the most expensive TVS motorcycle till date in India as it rivals the likes of KTM 390 Adventure and Royal Enfield Himalayan 450.
