Triumph started sales of its motorcycles in India from January this year from their first dealership in Bangalore and within 11 months they have moved to a total of 10, the latest ones going operational in Chandigarh and Kolkata.
Triumph also informs us that they have so far received 1000 bookings of its motorcycles across the nation till now. They have sold a total of 834 motorcycles from April to October this year according to the data we have. Last month they sold 114 bikes in the domestic market.
Both the Chandigarh and Kolkata dealership are said to have modern showrooms which, apart from selling motorcycles also cater to the after sales service and spare parts inventory. These dealerships also house company branded riding gear, accessories and memorabilia.

Of late, the company has been accused of heavily detuning their motorcycles in India according to the stats available on their official Indian website. The company has so far remained mum about this, however, they should be clearing this out soon. You can check out more details here.
