Apart from the Tracker 400 and Scrambler 400 X, the entire 350cc portfolio of Triumph has witnessed an upward price revision in the country
Triumph India has increased the prices of its newly-launched 350cc motorcycles in the Indian market. While the Speed T4, Speed 400, Scrambler 400 XC and Thruxton 400 have become more expensive than before, the Scrambler 400 X and Tracker 400 retain their original pricing. The prices have been increased between Rs 2,000-5,000, depending on the motorcycle. Earlier this week, we told you that Triumph 350cc bikes will witness an upward price revision from June 2026, but the same has been done even earlier.
Starting with Speed T4, the most affordable Triumph bike in India, it will now be available at Rs 1.99 lakh as compared to previous price of Rs 1.95 lakh with a decent hike of Rs 4,000. As for the Speed 400, it will now be available to buyers at a price point of Rs 2.34 lakh. The roadster has received a nominal price hike of Rs 2,000 as it was launched on April 6 at a sticker price of Rs 2.32 lakh.
The newest model in the Triumph 400 range with 350cc engine, the Tracker 400 price remains unchanged at Rs 2.46 lakh. The Scrambler 400 X also carried over its existing price tag of Rs 2.59 lakh in the Indian market. On the other hand, the Thruxton 400 and Scrambler 400 XC have seen the highest increase in price of around Rs 5,000 in the country.

Triumph Thruxton 400 price has reached to Rs 2.70 lakh from Rs 2.66 lakh with a hike close to Rs 5,000. Similarly, the Scrambler 400 XC price has touched Rs 2.94 lakh from Rs 2.90 lakh with an identical increase in price of around Rs 5,000. All the prices mentioned before are ex-showroom, Delhi. The new prices have not been updated on the Triumph’s official website in India yet.
The Union Govt, in Sep 2025, had cut the GST rates to 18 percent from the existing 28 percent on bikes with engine capacity below 350cc in the domestic market. This move generated immense buzz among the buyers as these motorcycles became subsequently cheaper and more accessible. However, the GST on two-wheelers with engine capacity above 350cc was raised from 28 percent to 40 percent, thereby making them more expensive than before.

Apart from the Bajaj Dominar 400 and Pulsar NS400Z, Triumph was affected the most due to this overhaul in the tax system by the Indian government. Even most models of KTM were also a victim of this exercise. Hence, Bajaj Auto had to take the bold decision of rolling out a downsized 350cc engine for all the bikes impacted by the GST hike to make them more accessible and affordable for the buyers.
