Suzuki India and Paytm have entered a partnership which will allow all Suzuki two-wheelers sold in India to be retailed on the e-commerce site’s webpage. Paytm is one of the country’s largest mobile payment and commerce platforms and has consumer base of more than 125 million. The New Delhi based company aims to hit a consumer base of 500 million in the future.
Suzuki will have a separate and dedicated brand store on the Paytm website and mobile application. With more than 400 Suzuki dealerships on board, this new service aims to have a simple and convenient way of booking the Japanese brand’s motorcycles and automatic scooters across the country.
The aim for this year is to register sales of more than 10,000 units in this calendar year. To help the customer further, Paytm will also be providing customers with vehicle financing offers. So how does this work? Here are the 4 simple steps which you need to follow:
- Select the variant which you wish to purchase
- A representative from a Suzuki dealership will call you
- You now need to visit the dealership for further documentation. Registration charges, RTO fees, insurance premium and local taxes will also have to be paid.
- Post all these procedures the dealer will intimate about your delivery details and you will have to visit the dealership to receive your new ride.
