The Gixxer, Gixxer SF, Gixxer 250, Gixxer SF 250, and Gixxer SF 250 FFV receive new dual-tone colour palettes in the Indian market
Suzuki has updated the entire Gixxer line-up, including the 150cc, 250cc and flex-fuel versions, with multiple new dual-tone colour options in the Indian market. The Gixxer and Gixxer SF will be available in a new Metallic Oort Gray + Pearl Blaze Orange paint shade while the Gixxer 250, Gixxer SF 250, and Gixxer SF 250 FFV receive a new Glass Sparkle Black + Metallic Oort Gray colourway. In addition, the Gixxer SF 250 flex-fuel version has been offered in a single-tone Glass Sparkle Black colour option.
Commenting on the announcement, Mr. Deepak Mutreja, Vice President – Sales & Marketing, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd., said, “The GIXXER series has established a distinct identity through its sporty styling and engaging riding character. With the introduction of new colour combinations, we are adding a fresh visual expression to the range while retaining the design and performance attributes associated with GIXXER. We believe these updates will offer our customers more choices to complement their individual style.”
Suzuki Gixxer price starts at Rs 1.37 lakh, while the Gixxer SF will be available at Suzuki dealerships at Rs 1.41 lakh. As for the Gixxer 250, the naked motorcycle is retailed at a starting price of Rs 1.85 lakh while the fully-faired Gixxer SF 250 comes at a price tag of Rs 1.93 lakh. Last but not the least, the Gixxer SF 250 flex-fuel version is priced at Rs 1.98 lakh. All the prices mentioned before are ex-showroom, Delhi.

Suzuki further stated that the discerning customers can enjoy assured benefits of up to Rs 1,500 on the Gixxer and Gixxer SF, and up to Rs 3,000 on the Gixxer 250 and Gixxer SF 250 through a spin-the-wheel offer. Furthermore, the buyers can avail retail finance options with no hypothecation and low interest rate options starting from 5.99 percent.
The Gixxer and Gixxer SF house an ODB-2B compliant 155cc single-cylinder petrol engine which generates top power of 13.4 bhp and peak torque of 13.8 Nm. The duo comes equipped with Suzuki Ride Connect, all-LED lighting, disc brakes and single-channel ABS as standard features. Both the motorcycles will continue to be sold in the existing Glass Sparkle Black + Metallic Oort Gray colour scheme.
Coming to the Gixxer 250 and Gixxer SF 250, both the bikes are powered by a 250cc single-cylinder engine with Suzuki Oil Cooling System (SOCS) which produces 26.1 bhp and 22.2 Nm while linked to a 6-speed gearbox. Last but not the least, the Gixxer SF 250 FFV also has the same engine at the helm, albeit with higher power output and torque delivery of 27.5 bhp and 22.5 Nm, respectively. Moreover, it can run on fuels with ethanol blending of up to 85 percent (E85).
