Suzuki e-Access was launched last month in the Indian market at a price point of Rs 1.88 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and maximum range of 95 km on a full charge, It was one of the most expensive electric scooters in its segment at the time of the launch. In fact, Suzuki had to roll out upfront discounts and offers to gauge buyers interest in the e-Access. Now, the Japanese brand has partnered with Royal Brothers Rentals to roll out flexible rental and subscription services for the electric scooter.
As part of Suzuki’s strategic partnership with Royal Brothers Rentals, the e-Access will be available with flexible rental options ranging from 24 hours to as long as 1 year for the customers. Hence, the electric scooter can be availed for short-term usage and long-term subscription. It will cater to the demands of short term users as well as to those individuals seeking longer term mobility without the hassle of ownership.
Initially, the rental and subscription services will commence in 7 key cities namely Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Visakhapatnam, Bhubaneswar, Jaipur and Gurugram through Royal Brothers Rentals established rental network. These rental plans will also help an individual to experience the performance of the e-Access before actually deciding to purchase it.

Commenting on the partnership, Mr. Deepak Mutreja, Vice-President, Sales & Marketing, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. said, “Mobility preferences are evolving, and customers today seek flexibility and real-world experience before making long-term commitments. Our collaboration with Royal Brothers Rentals introduces multiple formats for the Suzuki e-ACCESS, enabling customers to choose a tenure that aligns with their individual requirements – from 24-hour rentals to yearlong subscriptions. This initiative enhances accessibility while strengthening engagement with our electric offering.”
Suzuki e-Access is locally developed at the brand’s factory in Gurgaon, Haryana. The bookings for the electric scooter commenced on Jan 9, 2026 across the country. It can also be purchased through Flipkart e-commerce platform. The e-scooter directly rivals Ather 450 Apex, TVS iQube ST and Ola S1 Pro+ in the Indian market. It was learnt that Suzuki sold 230 units of the e-Access in the first month of its launch in Jan 2026.

Some of the notable features onboard the e-Access include all-LED lighting setup, dual-tone alloy wheels, lightweight chassis with an aluminium battery case, and 17L underseat storage area. It has inner pockets in the front apron to store small belongings. The multi-function starter switch is fitted as standard to unlock/lock the seat, handle, and charging inlet lid.
