Studds Trooper Legacy Shield Helmet has been launched in the Indian market at a starting price of Rs 2,425 (MRP, inclusive of all taxes). Flaunting a refreshed Superman-inspired design language, it is the latest addition to the DC Super-Heroes range which has been developed with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products (WBDGCP). It will be available in Medium, Large, and Extra-Large sizes across five colour variants through offline retail outlets, STUDDS exclusive stores, and the brand’s official website.
The Trooper Legacy Shield features the iconic Superman “S” shield in a large-format graphic, complemented by the “SUPERMAN” wordmark on the crown and the “GREATEST DEFENDER” inscription on the chin bar. Sitting on a dark base, it is up for sale in five dual-tone colours namely Black & White, Black & Grey, Black & Red, Black & Teal Metallic Foil and Black & Red Metallic Foil.

The Trooper Legacy Shield features a full-face flip-up design which enables the riders to lift the chin bar during short stops for ease of interaction, while it locks securely in place during rides. It is constructed with a high-impact ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) outer shell and regulated density EPS liner. Studds Trooper Legacy helmet has been certified by BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) under ISI standards and by the Department of Transportation, USA (DOT).
The helmet also boasts of a hypoallergenic, replaceable inner liner which helps in reducing skin irritation during long rides while maintaining hygiene and comfort. The modular lower trim is removable and replaceable as it helps in preserving the helmet’s finish over time. The quick-release visor system enables riders to remove or refit the scratch-resistant visor without tools.
A UV-resistant paint finish protects the Legacy Shield’s graphics and Metallic Foil colour treatments from prolonged sun exposure. A quick-release chin strap enables fast, hassle-free fastening and removal, while a stainless-steel rust-proof buckle ensures reliable, weather-resistant fastening for every ride. The Trooper series is one of Studds’ best-selling modular helmets in India.
