TVS Motors have been offering enough of surprise for us this month. Here I bring you, my dear readers exclusive spyshots of a new TVS scooter that is under development. According to our sources this is a scooter based on Wego platform.
I caught these images when I noticed a fully covered TVS scooter passing by during its test run. The entire body of hers was wrapped in a blue cloth making it tough to understand about its body proportions. Obviously, that’s when curiosity peeps in, right? Earlier, I had come up with exclusive images of Neo being tested and the same step-up model was accompanying this new scoot during her initial run.
What interested me right at the first look was the fact that the rear brake lights are exactly the same as of Scooty Streak. But on a closer examination, one can notice that the exhaust on this is not the same as in Streak. Other bits and pieces are also different.
On the other side, you find the 110cc Neo in a beautiful color scheme looking too peppy and cool. But, we do not expect this for the Indian markets anytime soon. TVS is skeptical on the demand for step-up scooters in India.
Of what unconfirmed information we have, this scooter will carry the same Wego’s 110cc engine and the name of this scooter is still undecided. This might be a more male friendly design attracting the Aviator or Swish customers. According to our sources, TVS is planning a June launch for this Wego based scooter.
