Royal Enfield has presented the customized versions of the Classic 650 and Guerrilla 450 at the Hot Rod Custom Show 2025 in Japan
Royal Enfield has showcased two exclusive custom-built motorcycles at the 33rd Annual Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show 2025 in Japan. While the Vita is a heavily customized version of the Classic 650, the Carolina Reaper is a custom built model of the Guerrilla 450. Both these bikes have been custom-built under Royal Enfield’s global custom motorcycle initiative “Custom World”. For the unversed, the Hot Rod Custom Show 2025 (HCS2025) is one of Japan’s biggest and most popular custom motorcycle shows.
Royal Enfield Classic 650 Vita
The Vita has been customized by Yuichi Yoshizawa and Yoshikazu Ueda of Custom Works Zon, which is a custom factory in Shiga Prefecture. The duo has received multiple awards at custom shows across the world. The Classic 650 custom motorcycle packs the 650cc twin-cylinder engine in a fully bespoke hard-tail steel frame while complimented by a bespoke classical girder fork and striking 26-inch modern wheels.

The bodywork features mahogany wood elements and unpainted aluminum. The customization is strictly visual as there are no mechanical updates carried out by Custom Works Zon in the motorcycle. The braking system, main frame, and engine & gearbox are retained from the original model. Royal Enfield might showcase the Classic 650 Vita in India at some stage in future. However, nothing has been confirmed by the brand yet.
Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 Carolina Reaper
Christened as ‘Carolina Reaper’, this modified version of the Guerrilla 450 has been crafted by Cheetah Custom Cycles. The whole customization was carried out by Tokyo-based artist and custom motorcycle builder Toshiyuki Osawa. The custom bike is an amalgamation of retro and modern design vision blending into each other. It takes inspiration from the American flat track racers and race cars of the 1970s.
The Guerrilla 450 Carolina Reaper was presented alongside several flat track motorcycles. “The concept was a fusion of retro and modern, and of pure racing performance and custom bike creativity. I set out to create a bike that combines the slim profile and shroud-style bodywork of modern motocrosser-based DTX flat-trackers with the powerful, authentic character of framers; flat-track racers built around dedicated steel frames,” said Toshiyuki Osawa.

While the main frame has been kept intact, Osawa has used a new subframe and swingarm. Riding on 19-inch wheels with Maxxis DTR-1 tires, the custom Guerrilla 450 boasts of a single Brembo rear brake caliper. Some of the other notable design elements include new air filter, Mika Metals handlebars, custom foot controls with Bates rubber pegs, stainless steel exhaust header and polished aluminum fuel tank.
