Royal Enfield launched the Shotgun 650 limited edition on July 15, 2026 at a sticker price of Rs 5.75 lakh (ex-showroom, India). Co-developed with Rough Crafts custom builder, it was limited to only 100 units worldwide, and out of which 25 units were specifically allocated for the Indian market. Now, the brand has officially stated that the India-specific 25 units of the Shotgun 650 X Rough Crafts edition have been sold out in just 3 mins after the beginning of online bookings at Drop Zone on the RE App or on the website.
RE further added that over 9,000 enthusiasts globally registered their interest for these 100 individually crafted motorcycles. The company had stated earlier that in order to become eligible for participation in the sale, the discerning customers were required to register in the Drop Zone on the RE App or on the website between July 15, 2026, and July 30, 2026.
The motorcycle drop commenced in a phased region-wise manner across India, Europe, North America and APAC regions between July 27-30, 2026, as per the details below:

Inspired by the bespoke custom motorcycle ‘Caliber Royale’, Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 limited edition was unveiled at EICMA 2025. It was later showcased at Motoverse 2025 in Goa. Flaunting a combination of Gloss Jet Black and Matt Stealth Black, Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 limited edition comes with a striking Gold Leaf stripe and subtle grey accent on the body panels.
It also boasts of a limited-edition numbering on the tank. The limited edition model also has a cast brass collaboration badge, identical to the one adorning the original custom. Some of the notable premium additions in the Shotgun 650 limited edition include matching black bar-end mirrors, quilted leather seats, contrast-cut alloy rims, and gold fork inner tubes.
The owners of this motorcycle will also receive a numbered, limited-edition gold-on-black artwork of a Caliber Royale custom build sketch, designed and signed by Winston Yeh of Rough Crafts. Caliber Royale was custom-built by Rough Crafts with the Shotgun 650 as its base. It featured stretched proportions, signature fairing, handcrafted finishes in gloss and matte paint, gold leaf accents, and minute changes to the frame. Taking inspiration from the Caliber Royale, the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts Drop was created with exquisite design elements.
