The Goan Classic 350 has been silently updated with a slip and assist clutch and fast-charging USB Type-C port in the country
Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350 has joined the bandwagon of company motorcycles that come equipped with a slip and assist clutch in the Indian market. In addition, it has been updated with a fast-charging USB Type-C port. The company has silently increased the price of the Goan Classic range by Rs 2,000 as it is now priced between Rs 2.20-2.23 as compared to the previous pricing of Rs 2.18-2.21 lakh. All the prices mentioned here are ex-showroom. Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350 was launched at the Motoverse 2024 in Goa.
The Goan Classic 350 sits at the top of the 350cc model line-up in Royal Enfield’s portfolio. It is available in four colour schemes namely Purple Haze, Shack Black, Rave Red, and Trip Teal. The newly-added USB Type-C fast charger is positioned under the clutch lever in a similar pattern as the Hunter 350, which was launched last year in India.
With the Goan Classic 350 getting the slip and assist clutch as standard feature, now only two Royal Enfield bikes namely the Classic 350 and Bullet 350 are deprived from this feature. All the other 350cc and 450cc models such as the Hunter 350, Meteor 350, Himalayan 450 and Guerrilla 450 come with a slip and assist clutch as standard fitment.

Apart from these two updates, the Goan Classic 350 remains unchanged in terms of design, features and engine. The bike has a dry weight of 188 kg while the fuel tank capacity stands at 13 litres. It has a saddle height of 750 mm. The ground clearance is also decent at 170 mm. Royal Enfield offers an array of accessories with the bike in the form of custom rider seat, bar-end mirrors, handlebar grips, touring screen, touring handlebar, deluxe foot pegs, and foot control rubbers.
Riding on 19-inch front and 16-inch rear aluminium spoke wheels with 100/90 front and 130/90 rear tubeless tyres, it boasts of telescopic front forks and dual-shock rear absorbers. The stopping power comes from 300mm front and 270mm rear disc units. A dual-channel ABS and all-LED lighting comes as standard safety features with the Goan Classic 350.

At the heart, the Goan Classic 350 has the 349cc single-cylinder air/oil-cooled engine which produces max power of 20.2 bhp at 6,100 rpm and peak torque of 27 Nm at 4,000 rpm. The engine is linked to a 5-speed gearbox.
