The Flying Flea C6 has been spotted on the roads in Chennai ahead of its official launch in the Indian market
Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6 is confirmed to launch in the Indian market before April 2026. However, ahead of the official launch, the all-electric motorcycle has been spotted once again on the streets of Chennai in a production-ready avatar. For the unversed, Royal Enfield has its manufacturing hub in Chennai, Tamil Nadu and the Flying Flea C6 will be locally developed at this factory. It is the brand’s first-ever all-electric motorcycle to rival the likes of Ola Roadster X, Revolt RV400 and Oben Rorr Sigma EZ in the domestic market.
The Flying Flea C6 is designed, developed and engineered as an urban commuter as compared to the Flying Flea S6 which is an electric scrambler model made for all-terrain riding. As per the short video shared on Instagram by user dir_deepak_srinivasan, we can see the C6 with alloy wheels, round mirrors and partial camouflage going full throttle at a road in Chennai.
Earlier this year, the Flying Flea C6 electric motorcycle was captured on camera in Ladakh during the cold-weather high-altitude testing. The S6 scrambler, unveiled at the EICMA 2025, was also spied with the C6 in Ladakh. Sitting on a common platform L, both the electric motorcycles get different cycle parts and design elements due to their varied character.

The Flying Flea C6 will come with two ride modes namely Eco and Sport. Some of the notable features onboard the electric bike are 19-inch alloy wheels, round LED headlamp, dual-channel ABS and forged aluminium Girder front fork. It also boasts of a coloured digital touchscreen display with Bluetooth connectivity, Navigation, Voice assist and OTA updates.
The C6 is powered by an Snapdragon QWM2290 processor from Qualcomm, which has been developed in-house by Royal Enfield alongside the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU). The pillion seat is removable as one can see in the Instagram video that it has only the rider’s seat as standard. It is likely to be equipped with disc brakes at both the ends.

The battery pack specs and range figures have been kept under the wraps. But it has been learnt that the C6 will have a fixed battery with fast charging compatibility. It is believed to deliver performance equivalent to a 350cc ICE-powered motorcycle. We expect the Flying Flea C6 to have a range of around 150-200 km on a single charge.
