The ten day journey began on August 16, 2015 through the beautiful scenic locations of Karnal, Ambala Shimla, Kaza, Manali and Kullu. The Himalayas offer one of the best riding locations in the world and attracts thousands of riders every year from all parts of the world.

Here’s what Anirban, the rider who took the motorcycle, had to say about his trip:

“I had one of the most thrilling experiences of my life in the past 10 days where I rode from Delhi to the beautiful village in Spiti. The goal behind this ride was to explore the uncharted territories of our beautiful country. Of course, this odyssey would have been impossible without my faithful companion, the DSK Benelli TNT 300. It held up its reputation for being one of the most reliable and refined superbikes in the world.”

The village of Komic has just 12 houses and 150 inhabitants. Simple lodging facilities are available at a very nominal rate with the monks but it woukd be better if you try to make bookings in Kaza itself.
