Just a day after the company announced that they will be opening a new technical centre in the UK the word is that they are working on two new engines, one of which may be a parallel twin! As per a report on VisorDown, the company is in advance stages of its development. The report further states that the company will be launching at least three new models by 2016.
The first of these engines is going to be a single cylinder overhead cam 410 cc mill which would be an interesting new addition to the existing line-up. One of the machines which would be getting this new engine will also be a scrambler type model!
While there has been no official confirmation on the capacity of the parallel twin engine, there are rumours of it being in the vicinity of around 750 cc, which would make it an ideal Harley Davidson Street 750 competitor! Looks like a fight between the two legends is imminent in the near future as both try to wrestle into each other’s territories!
