RE service centres near Leh will give bikers authorised service and spare part facilities on the way (or while returns)….
With the ever increasing motorcycling culture in India, Royal Enfield is right in believing that there has been an increase in the number of riders riding to the Himalayas from various parts of the country. They went onto launch the Himalayan which is a more ideal bike – an adventure tourer, for such excursions.
In a latest, they have introduced two new authorised service centres in Kaza and Keylong. This will directly be of immense use to all the thousands of Royal Enfield riders riding across to Leh and other areas. So, now if you require a part for your broken down motorcycle, you can get it nearer or on the way.
Apart from these, RE says they also have dealerships in remote areas of Jammu & Kashmir, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim and others. The strategy is to offer assistance (and hence improve business) to bikers at such locations where finding service and spare parts is generally difficult.
On this development, Mr Shaji Koshy, Head of India+ Business in the company said,

With the two new service centres in Lahaul and Spiti, Royal Enfield now has 13 service centres in total in the state of Himachal Pradesh. And the total tally now rises to 943 all across India. Both of these new centres offer full service facilities and have over 4-bays and company trained authorised Royal Enfield service personnel.
