Royal Enfield sold over one lakh motorcycles in the domestic market in June, with its 350cc range accounting for more than 95 per cent of total sales
Royal Enfield had another strong month in India as sales crossed the one lakh mark in June 2026. The company sold 1,02,930 motorcycles, registering a 33.8 per cent year-on-year growth over the 76,957 units sold during the same month last year. The Classic 350 continued to lead the sales charts, while the Bullet 350 emerged as the fastest-growing high-volume model in the line-up.
The Classic 350 raked in most of the sales with 40,660 units sold in June. This represented a 39.4 per cent increase over the 29,172 units sold in June last year. The motorcycle alone contributed nearly 40 per cent of the company’s domestic sales, showing just how important the Classic continues to be for Royal Enfield.
The Bullet 350 came second with 26,488 units, registering an impressive 55 per cent year-on-year growth. The Hunter 350 ranked third with 20,289 units, up 24.8 per cent over the same period last year. The Meteor 350 also delivered a strong performance with 10,941 units, recording 45.6 per cent annual growth.

| Model | June 2026 | June 2025 | YoY Growth |
|---|---|---|---|
| Classic 350 | 40,660 | 29,172 | 39.38% |
| Bullet 350 | 26,488 | 17,092 | 54.97% |
| Hunter 350 | 20,289 | 16,261 | 24.77% |
| Meteor 350 | 10,941 | 7,515 | 45.59% |
| 650 Twin | 2,238 | 2,938 | -23.83% |
| Himalayan | 1,240 | 2,036 | -39.10% |
| Guerrilla 450 | 944 | 696 | 35.63% |
| Super Meteor | 98 | 1,012 | -90.32% |
| Shotgun | 32 | 235 | -86.38% |
| Total | 1,02,930 | 76,957 | 33.75% |
Together, the four 350cc motorcycles accounted for 98,378 units in June. That means the Classic, Bullet, Hunter and Meteor contributed more than 95 per cent of Royal Enfield’s domestic sales during the month. The 350cc range has clearly become the backbone of the company’s business, and there is little to suggest that this will change anytime soon.
The higher-capacity motorcycles had a tougher month. The 650 Twins recorded 2,238 units, declining 23.8 per cent year-on-year. The Himalayan 450 fell 39.1 per cent to 1,240 units, while the Guerrilla 450 recorded 944 units despite growing 35.6 per cent annually. The Super Meteor 650 and Shotgun 650 registered 98 and 32 units, respectively.

Royal Enfield’s sales performance in June also highlights the company’s current product mix. The 350cc motorcycles continue to do the heavy lifting, while the larger-capacity models cater to a much smaller audience. Much of this can be attributed to the GST norms. The 350cc motorcycles fall in the lower 18% GST bracket owing to lower costs. The 450cc and 650cc on the other hand attract a 40% GST making them more expensive.
