Hero MotoCorp has set a sales target of selling 6 lakh units of their two-wheeler in 40 days of the festive season. While speculations of new launches are still coming, out of which the Xtreme Sports is going to be the first speculated to be followed by the HX 250R, they are also updating their existing line-up with minor niptucks to keep them fresh and bring them back to headlines.
And this time it is the turn of their 110cc scooter Maestro. This latest update is just the inclusion of new color options to the palette!
What it actually gets is a new decal over the engine cover on the body and a dual tone paint job. The new dual tone color scheme involves white and red colors and is called… wait for it… Groovy Medley! Whatever made them come up with that? 😀
Hero Maestro New Colors
The new Maestro is now available in 7 color options…
- Groovy Medley
- Panther Black
- Force Silver
- Magnetic Matte Grey
- Vital White
- Blazing Red
- Electric Blue
The scooter also gets a Maestro badging in the form of a sticker on the front apron.
The internals of the new Hero Maestro remain exactly the same, the 109 cc air cooled, OHC engine produces 8.2 PS of power at 7500 rpm and 9.10 Nm of torque at 5500 rpm. The tires boast of a puncture endurance technology but are not tubeless. What it does get is a telescopic front suspension and a single sided rear suspension set up.
