KTM 390 Enduro R Launch Price Rs 3.36 Lakh in India

Being a heavily off-road focused ADV bike, it is around Rs 30,000 cheaper than the standard version of the 390 Adventure in our country

KTM India has launched the 390 Enduro R at a sticker price of Rs 3.36 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) in the domestic market. The off-road focused version of the 390 Adventure will be available at all KTM showrooms across India from today onwards. Sitting on a new two-piece steel trellis frame, KTM 390 Enduro R is nearly Rs 30,000 less expensive than the regular 390 Adventure. The European two-wheeler brand will soon introduce a new variant of the 390 Enduro R with 230 mm front and rear suspension.

The 390 Enduro R flaunts a 9 litre metal fuel tank and off-road-focused fairings while the overall profile is rather compact. The footpegs have been repositioned for enhanced off-roading adventures. The sub-frame gets an off-road-inspired bolt-on steel trellis design and it is specially developed for one-piece seat and a long-stroke suspension.

The suspension duties are carried by WP-sourced fully-adjustable open cartridge USD front forks with travel of 200mm. At the rear, there is a 10-step preload adjustable monoshock absorber with 205 mm of travel. This is the same setup that we earlier saw with the standard version of the 390 Adventure. The global-spec Enduro R gets 230 mm suspension travel and this variant will launch soon in our country, as officially confirmed by KTM.

The ADV bike rides on 21-inch front and 18-inch spoked wheels which are shod with 90/90R21 and 140/80R18 knobby tires, respectively. The stopping power comes from 285 mm axial Bybre brakes on the front and 240 mm single piston brakes at the rear. KTM has equipped the motorcycle with a distinct stainless steel exhaust pipe with a double catalyzer to comply with emission regulations.

In addition, it is packed with a new 4.2-inch TFT instrument console which displays information such as speed, fuel level, and gear indicator. It also comes with Bluetooth connectivity with Smartphone via Bluetooth to access additional features like turn-by-turn navigation and music library.

Under the hood, KTM 390 Enduro R has the same 399cc single-cylinder LC4c petrol engine which debuted with the Gen 3 Duke and was recently seen in the 390 Adventure range. It develops top power of 45.3 bhp and highest torque of 39 Nm while paired with a 6-speed transmission.
