Scout Bobber launch expected very soon…
Indian Motorcycles is bringing the newest Scout Bobber to India and they have already commenced bookings of probably the meanest motorcycle in their lineup. To pre-book the Bobber all you need to do is visit your nearest Indian dealership and pay Rs 50,000 which is the booking amount they have set.
Scout Bobber continues with the same Thunder Stroke 111 V-Twin, 1311 cc liquid cooled engine of the Scout and it produces 100 bhp of peak power and 97.7 Nm of maximum torque at 6000 rpm and is mated to a 6-speed transmission.

Indian also has a full line of accessories for the Scout Bobber which includes passenger seat with sissy bar, Rack bag, Saddlebag etc. The low slung motorcycle has a seat height of only 649 mm and weighs 242 kg without fuel.
Scout Bobber will be available in as many as five colours – Thunder Black, Bronze Smoke, Thunder Black Smoke, Indian Motorcycle Red and Star Silver Smoke.
Final price of the motorcycle has not been revealed. In the US, the Bobber costs $11,499 which is exactly what they charge for the regular Scout. So, expect the motorcycle to bow down at a price close to Rs 13.0 lakh here in India, ex-showroom.

Indian has not shared any information on when will the deliveries start. But we expect an official launch by next month along with the commencement of deliveries.
