Recently we published a comprehensive review and road test of the upcoming 250cc Bike in India – The Hyosung GT250R, now there is this news coming in which put things in a little disarray. Hyosung and its Indian partner Garware motors have parted ways just before Hyosung launch of the new bike on June 7.
Garware’s stake is being said to be bought by premium real estate developers D S Kulkarni Developers of the DSK fame. This deal would mark DSK’s entry in the premium two wheeler segment. Though we are yet to receive any official confirmation about this development, the saying is looking out to be true. How much would this impact GT250R’s launch would remain to be seen. Also, it would be interesting to see how would things proceed from hereon considering that Hyosung is still at nascent stages in India.
