Honda Shine 125 Limited Edition Launched at Rs 86,211

The limited edition comes in a new colour scheme with different finish for alloy wheels and premium graphics on the fuel tank

Honda 2-Wheelers India has launched the Shine 125 Limited Edition at a sticker price of Rs 86,211 (ex-showroom, Delhi) in the country. It has been introduced alongside the Dio 125 X‑Edition in the Indian market. Honda Shine 125 Limited Edition gets refreshed graphics and new colour scheme while retaining the features and engine specs of the stock bike. The Shine 125 Limited Edition bookings have begun at the company website as well as authorized dealerships across the nation while deliveries will commence from the second week of February.

Honda Shine 125 was unveiled a few days back at Honda’s official website in India. It flaunts Pearl Siren Blue paint shade while the alloy wheels are finished in a pyrite brown theme. The bike boasts of premium graphics on the fuel tank and side body panels. A special mention goes to the stylish ‘Shine’ graphics on both sides of the fuel tank.

The Shine 125 Limited Edition retains the all-digital instrument panel which shows plenty of information, including live mileage indicator, average mileage tracking, range, service reminders, gear position display, digital clock, fuel level monitoring, and an eco-indicator. It has been equipped with latest Honda tech in the form of Idling Stop System, Silent ACG Starter Motor and Enhanced Smart Power (eSP).

The Shine 125 limited-edition model is packed with a 15W USB-C port which has the ability to charge smartphone, power bank, and earphones on the go. A few other notable features onboard the bike are Headlamp beam & passing switch, Side Stand Indicator with Engine Cutoff, CBS with Equalizer, and 18-inch Alloy Wheels. These bells and whistles have been carried over from standard version.

Mechanically, the limited edition is powered by the same 123.94cc single-cylinder petrol engine which develops max power of 10.6 bhp at 7500 rpm and highest torque of 11 Nm at 6000 rpm. The engine is linked to a 5-speed gearbox. Tipping the weighing scale at 113 kg, it has a fuel tank capacity of 10.5 litres. The bike has a saddle height of 791 mm.
