Honda Rebel 300 was unveiled last month in India as the brand’s entry-level cruiser motorcycle to directly rival Royal Enfield Meteor 350
Honda 2-Wheelers India has launched the Rebel 300 in two variants namely Standard and E-Clutch at price points of Rs 2.22 lakh and Rs 2.62 lakh, respectively, in the Indian market. Both the prices are ex-showroom, Bengaluru, effective Aug 25, 2026. Honda Rebel 300 was unveiled last month in India as the brand’s entry-level cruiser motorcycle to directly rival Royal Enfield Meteor 350. The bookings for the bike have started at Rs 5,000 on Honda’s website as well as dealerships while deliveries are slated to commence from mid-Oct 2026.
Manufactured locally in India, it will be available exclusively through Honda BigWing dealerships. Presented with a low-slung bobber stance, relaxed riding character and blacked-out presence, the Rebel 300 will be available in Silver and Black paint shades. The cruiser rides on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy wheels as standard. The spoke wheels are not offered even as an option.
Honda Rebel comes equipped with multiple upscale and premium features in the form of LED projector headlamp, front and rear disc brakes, dual-channel ABS, TFT instrument cluster with Honda RoadSync, and turn-by-turn navigation. The E-Clutch variant will ensure seamless downshift and upshift of gears while retaining the clutch lever for manual operation, whenever needed.
Sitting on a unique frame, the bobber-styled cruiser motorcycle has a low saddle height of 690 mm. It tips the scale at just 170 kg. The suspension duties are performed by telescopic front forks and dual-shock rear absorbers. It has been positioned below the CB350 series of bikes in the Indian market while being slightly expensive than its arch rival, the Meteor 350 which is priced between Rs 2.01-2.11 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Rebel 300 is powered by a 286cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine which develops 30 bhp and 27.5 Nm while paired with a six-speed gearbox. On the other hand, as evident by name, the E-Clutch variant gets automatic clutch system, albeit with a physical clutch lever. The riders can also choose to manually shift the gears using the clutch.
