Hero Xpulse 210, Xtreme 250R Bookings Start from Mar 20, 2025

Both the Hero Xpulse 210 and Xtreme 250R were launched a couple of months back at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 in the Indian market

Hero MotoCorp had launched the Xpulse 210 and Xtreme 250R at Rs 1.76 lakh and Rs 1.80 lakh, respectively, in the Indian market. Introduced at the grand stage of Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 in Jan, both these models were globally unveiled at the EICMA 2024 in Italy. Hero Xpulse 210 and Xtreme 250R bookings were supposed to commence in Feb 2025 while deliveries were slated to begin from this month. However, in a fresh development, Hero has announced that bookings will now start from Mar 20 with first deliveries promised from April 2025 onwards.

Both the motorcycles will be sold through the Hero Premia dealerships across the country. Replacing the Xpulse 200 in the brand’s portfolio, Hero Xpulse 210 has been developed and tested by the Motosports riders of the company. The bike has a ground clearance of 220 mm while the suspension travel for front and rear units is 210 mm and 205 mm, respectively.

Some of the prominent styling elements include Class-D LED projector headlamp with signature H-shaped DRLs, rugged front grab bar, front and rear shrouds, upswept exhaust pipe and compact H-shaped LED tail lamp. It boasts of a 4.2-inch TFT instrument console while the dual-channel switchable ABS offers three modes namely Road, Off-Road and Rally.

The Xpulse 210 is powered by the 210 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine which generates max power of 24 bhp at 9250 rpm and peak torque of 20.7 Nm at 7250 rpm. The engine is linked to a 6-speed gearbox along with a slipper & assist clutch as standard. The bike has no direct rivals in the Indian market due to its unique price point.

As for the Hero Xtreme 250R, it marks Hero’s debut in the quarter-litre (250cc) segment of motorcycles in the Indian market. Based on Xtunt 2.5R Concept, it sits on a steel trellis frame which is suspended by 43mm USD dual cartridge front forks. Hero claims that the bike is equipped with first-in-segment features in the form of Hero Connect 2.0. and Intelligent Automatic Illumination. The Xtreme 250R carries 35+ connectivity features, which includes turn-by-turn navigation and music control.

The standard safety features on-board the motorcycle are dual-channel ABS, rear-wheel lift-off protection, and Emergency Brake Alert. Mechanically, it houses a 250 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled petrol engine which develops top power of 29.6 bhp at 9250 rpm and highest torque of 25 Nm at 7250 rpm, making it the fastest in the 250cc segment in India.
