Hero MotoCorp announced that it will start the pre-bookings for the Hunk 160R 4V and Xtreme 125R soon in Sri Lanka.
Hero MotoCorp has further bolstered its presence in the Sri Lankan market with the roll out of new scooter and motorcycle models. The Jaipur-based two-wheeler brand has strengthened its association with its long-standing distributor, Abans Auto in Sri Lanka. The company has launched Xoom 110 scooter, Hunk 160R 4V, Xtreme 125R and HF Deluxe motorcycles in the island nation. While the Xoom 110 priced at LKR 699900 and HF Deluxe priced at LKR 577900 will be available immediately, Hero will commence the pre-bookings for the Hunk 160R 4V (LKR 909900) and Xtreme 125R (LKR 776900) soon.
Hero Xoom 110 features in the entry-level scooter segment while coming loaded with premium features in the form of LED headlamps, signature H-shaped tail lamp, digital speedometer, adequate under-seat storage and a front disc brake with CBS. Sitting on a lightweight frame, it gets a telescopic front suspension while powered by a 110cc air-cooled engine with Hero’s i3S technology.

As for Hero HF Deluxe, it has been presented in an all-black edition which flaunts bold graphics while riding on black alloy wheels with tubeless tyres. The commuter is equipped with a 97.2cc air-cooled 4-stroke petrol engine which has been paired with a 4-speed gearbox. Some of the notable features include body-colored rear view mirrors, stylish headlamp and ergonomically designed seat.
Talking about the Hero Xtreme 125R, it gets some of the most desirable features such as first-in-segment all-LED lighting, LCD instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, class-leading 120/80 rear tyre, single-channel ABS, 276mm front disc brake, 37mm Showa front suspension and a hazard lamp. Based on a lightweight diamond frame, it is offered with a 125cc sprint engine which develops top power of 11.4 bhp.

Last but not the least, Hero Hunk 160R 4V also debuts in Sri Lanka with an all-LED lighting setup, sporty split seat and aggressive tank shrouds. As for features, it boasts of a fully digital LCD instrument console, single-channel ABS and side-stand engine cut-off switch. Mechanically, it is packed with a 163cc air-oil cooled engine with maximum power output of 16.6 bhp. The engine is linked to a 5-speed gearbox.
Hero MotoCorp has been retailing scooters and motorcycles in Sri Lanka since 2012 through Abans Auto, which is said to have around 500 dealerships in the country by May 2025.
